On June 23, the General Director of the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, Gennady Lopatkin, presented the new head to the management and staff of the Judicial Department in the Kirov region via videoconference. He is Ruslan Vylegzhanin. The event was attended by the chairman of the regional court, Albert Koshcheev.
