The water level has decreased in Chepets and Vyatka.
The administration of Kirovo-Chepetsk reported that over the past day, on June 28, the water level in the Cheptsa River decreased by another three centimeters, reaching 109.07 meters above sea level by the morning of June 29, according to the Baltic height system. Over the course of two days, the decrease amounted to seven centimeters.
Let us remind you that last week the water in the Cheptsa rose by more than two meters, flooding the stationary part of the floating bridge. On June 24, traffic on it was completely closed. The maximum water level was recorded on June 27 (109.14 meters above sea level according to the BSV).
As for the water level in the Vyatka River, it is also decreasing. Over the course of a day, the level fell by two centimeters to 108.79 meters above sea level according to the BSM.
