Anton Zhdanov has been appointed as the head of the Leninsky District Prosecutor's Office in Kirov.
In the Prosecutor's Office of the Kirov Region, there has been a change in leadership in one of the district branches. By an order signed by the Head of the country's supervisory agency on June 23, 2026, Anton Sergeyevich Zhdanov has been appointed as the prosecutor of the Lenin District of Kirov. The corresponding personnel document has come into effect.
The new prosecutor is a native of Kirov, born in 1986. In 2009, he received a diploma in higher legal education from the Ural State Law Academy. Immediately after graduation, Zhdanov joined the prosecutor's office, taking the position of assistant to the Vyatskopolyansky inter-district prosecutor.
Zhdanov's work experience includes positions in the territorial prosecutor's offices of the regional center and experience in the apparatus of the Kirov Region Prosecutor's Office. Since 2022, he has headed the Kotelnichsky inter-district prosecutor's office.
Among the awards of the new leader are a letter of gratitude from the Attorney General of Russia, departmental medals, and the distinction "For Loyalty to the Law" of the III degree. The rank assigned to Anton Zhdanov is Senior Advisor of Justice.
