According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Kirov region, erosion occurred on the highway 33R-013. Specialists are currently assessing the damage and working on restoring the road surface. Detours have already been organized for motorists. Drivers of heavy vehicles weighing over 3.5 tons are advised to travel through Izhevsk. Light vehicles can bypass the problematic section through the Uninsky district. Representatives from the Ministry of Transport, the Regional Road Committee, and emergency services are on site. A total of 25 people and 13 units of equipment are involved in eliminating the consequences, including 5 people and 2 special vehicles from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. Residents and drivers are asked to plan their routes in advance and consider restrictions when traveling. Information about the timeline for the complete restoration of traffic is being clarified. Earlier, we reported that on the morning of June 23, a section of the highway was washed away in the Falensky district near the village of Levany. According to preliminary data, the cause was a drainage pipe that could not handle the flow of water after the rains.
