The prosecutor's office of the Luzsky district in the Kirov region checked how local organizations comply with labor legislation when hiring teenagers during the summer period. During the inspection, it was found that four minors aged 16-17 were employed as laborers with violations. The employer hired the teenagers without the mandatory medical documents confirming their health status. Based on the violations, the prosecutor initiated an administrative case under the article on non-compliance with labor protection requirements. The materials were sent to the State Labor Inspectorate of the Kirov region. As a result of the review, the guilty official was held accountable and fined 15,000 rubles. After the prosecutor's intervention, the violations were rectified, and the rights of the teenagers were restored.
