New recommendations will affect the musical repertoire, the design of premises, work programs, and methods of conducting classes with preschoolers. This was stated by the Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov at a meeting of the expert group on the upbringing of children and youth.
"Relevant recommendations have been prepared, which will come into effect on September 1 and will relate, in particular, to the songs used in kindergartens, the design of spaces, work programs, and conducting classes with preschoolers," the press service of the ministry reports.
The minister also reminded that 2026 has been declared the Year of Preschool Education.
It is worth noting that starting from April 1, 2026, the parental fee for kindergartens in Kirov has increased. For children aged 3 to 7 years, the daily stay without benefits will cost 228 rubles (in 2024 it was 181 rubles), and for children aged 1 to 3 years — 223.59 rubles (instead of 159 rubles).
