In Kirov, volunteers helped a lost grandmother.
Recently, the daughter of one of the volunteers contacted the search and rescue team "Lisa Alert." She reported that her boyfriend encountered a confused elderly woman in the entrance, who was wearing a light robe and house slippers. The retiree was very upset, apologizing and repeating that she did not remember where she lived or where she came from.
The team advised taking the elderly woman to the nearest "Pyaterochka" store and gently asking her name, how old she was, and if she had any relatives. The girl did just that. She tried to keep talking to the elderly woman the whole time, behaving cautiously and not giving any unnecessary reason for concern.
Then a volunteer arrived at the scene, who started a conversation with the elderly woman. She also gave her her jacket, as the elderly woman was lightly dressed and it had gotten colder outside.
Soon, the police and an ambulance arrived. The volunteer, along with the doctor, helped the elderly woman to the car for examination. It was difficult for her to walk — her leg was hurting badly.
While the doctors were examining the retiree, her grandson arrived, whose contact information was found in "Lisa Alert." In the end, he safely took her home.
