Receiving payment from clients, such performers often place waste in forest belts, on vacant lots, and other areas not designated for this purpose instead of legal disposal. Individual citizens also contribute to the formation of dumps by leaving construction waste, old tires, and other garbage outside designated collection sites.
To enhance control and identify violators, it is planned to use video surveillance systems.
The use of cameras will allow for the recording of illegal waste placement and the transmission of information to supervisory authorities for action against violators.
The regional operator will continue to assist municipalities in eliminating unauthorized dumps and urges residents to use the services of only legal waste carriers. If you witness illegal dumping, report it to municipal and regional authorities, as well as environmental supervisory authorities.
