Residents of the Kirov region can join in the restoration of forests.

      The plantings took place in areas affected by forest fires and natural disasters. The total area of new plantings amounted to 21.4 hectares. New pine groves, spruce forests, and ash plantings have appeared in the Rostov, Volgograd, Moscow, Omsk, Krasnoyarsk regions, and the Perm Krai.

      Any resident of the region can become part of the project. To do this, it is enough to make a voluntary contribution at a post office or online — in the mobile application or on the website of Russian Post.

      After registering on the website почтовыйлес.рф, participants gain access to a personal account where they can track the fate of the planted trees — young oaks, pines, and spruces. For this, an activation code from the cash receipt is needed, which the Post employee provides to the client when processing the contribution.

      Earlier, we reported that by 2025, more than 40,000 residents of the Kirov region had already become participants in the "Postal Forest" project.
