At the meeting of the Kirov Regional Duma, the results of the "zemsky" programs were discussed. Let us remind you that under these programs, specialists who moved to small settlements for at least five years receive one-time payments.
Thus, under the "Zemsky Doctor" and "Zemsky Paramedic" programs, 173 doctors received payments ranging from 1 to 1.5 million rubles, while 102 representatives of the mid-level medical staff received payments of 500 to 750 thousand rubles. Under the "Zemsky Coach" program, three individuals received 1 million rubles each; they settled in Kotelnich, Kumeny, and the Urzhum district, and in 2026, it is planned to attract another 12 coaches to the districts. Under the "Zemsky Teacher" program, 66 educators were allocated 1 million rubles each. Finally, under the "Zemsky Cultural Worker" program, similar funds were received by three individuals who settled in Podosinovets, Kirs, and Krasnaya Polyana, with plans to attract another 18 specialists in 2026.
