An additional train will connect Kirov and Moscow by the end of summer.

      The Gorky Railway is appointing an additional long-distance train on the route Kirov – Moscow. Train No. 253/254 will run every other day until the end of August, as reported by the press service of the GZhD. According to the published schedule, the train departs from Kirov at 17:09 and arrives in the capital the next day at 05:30. In the opposite direction, departure is scheduled for 21:25, with arrival in Kirov at 09:58 the following day. Stops include Shakhunya, Nizhny Novgorod, Kovrov, Vladimir, and other settlements. The rolling stock includes open-plan and compartment cars. All are equipped with bio-toilets, air conditioning systems, and individual power outlets. A dining car is provided for passenger meals. The staff car is equipped with a space for a passenger with limited mobility and their companion. In several cars, there is a service for transporting pets.
