The prosecutor's office of the Luzsky district in the Kirov region acted in the interests of the minor after the appeal of his legal representative. The woman reported that on March 21, 2026, a 47-year-old local resident showed aggression towards her son. The conflict was caused by a snowball that the teenager threw at the man's apartment window. In response, the adult man physically assaulted the schoolboy. The actions of the offender were classified under Article 6.1.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (beating), and he was fined 10,000 rubles. However, the victim, due to his minor age, cannot fully protect his rights and interests in civil proceedings. For this reason, his legal representative sought assistance from the prosecutor's office. The supervisory authority filed a lawsuit in court to recover compensation for moral damage from the offender. The claimed amount is 50,000 rubles. The results of the lawsuit's consideration are under the prosecutor's office's control.
