The speech is about increasing road safety through civic engagement. People will be able to help official authorities identify violators, and in return, receive incentive payments.

How payments will be made: a percentage of the fine

Experience from other countries shows that such schemes work successfully, explained Konstantin Krokhmal, head of the public system "Ensuring Road Traffic Safety," in an interview with "NSN." According to him, the most common option is to award a reward in the form of a percentage of the issued fine amount, reports karelinform.ru.

An important condition: information must be submitted strictly through official digital services, and not in arbitrary forms (for example, through social networks or messengers). This eliminates abuse and anonymous false reports.

      How much can be earned

According to the expert's estimates, most program participants can expect additional payments of several tens of thousands of rubles per month. However, the most active citizens can expect a more substantial income.

Theoretically, with a high density of violations and prompt responses, monthly earnings could reach 120,000–150,000 rubles. However, to achieve this, one would literally have to live on the road and know all the nuances of traffic rules and documentation procedures thoroughly.

It is planned that the final parameters of the system (percentage size, minimum fine threshold, feedback form) will be determined in the coming months.
