Apparently, this refers to Professor and Doctor of Chemical Sciences Olga Alexeyevna Vasnetsova, former Chairman of the Public Chamber Alexander Alexandrovich Galitsky, and former deputy of the Legislative Assembly Anatoly Mikhailovich Churin.
