A resident of the Murashinsky district had their car confiscated for repeated driving without a license.
In the Murashinsky district, a sentence was handed down to a 58-year-old local resident who got behind the wheel again without a driver's license. As reported by the prosecutor's office of the Kirov region, on the afternoon of December 21, 2025, the man was driving a VAZ-2108 in the village of Bezbozhnik. During the trip, he was stopped by police officers.
The check revealed that the driver had previously been held administratively liable for a similar violation related to illegal operation of a vehicle.
The court found the man guilty under Part 1 of Article 264.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. He was fined 150,000 rubles and banned from engaging in activities related to the operation of vehicles for two years.
In addition, at the request of the state prosecutor, the court decided to confiscate the vehicle. The VAZ-2108, which was used in the violation, has been transferred to state ownership.
