The Kirov management company lost the lawsuit against the State Housing Inspectorate three times.
Earlier, the employees of the State Housing Inspection established that the residents of an apartment building located on Koltsov Street in Kirov were charged for electricity based on a standard rate, despite the presence of metering devices at the building. As a result, people had to pay much more than they actually consumed.
The Housing Inspection appealed to "UK 25-Plus" and demanded a recalculation. The management company responded that the metering devices were located in a transformer substation outside the building, and therefore their readings could not be taken into account.
The inspection appealed to the Arbitration Court of the Kirov Region, which sided with it, obliging the management company to make a recalculation. The company attempted to change the decision in the Second Arbitration Court of Appeal and the Arbitration Court of the Volga-Vyatka District, but ultimately it was left unchanged. "Call when it shorts out": in a building on Metallurgov Street, water is pouring from the roof directly into the electrical panels. In Kirov, an entrepreneur forced the management company to clean the yard through the court.
