In the Kirov region, a unified state exam in the Russian language took place. This year, about five thousand graduates tested their knowledge in the subject. The exam was held at 64 venues across the region. Public observers and video surveillance systems monitored the procedure. More than 400 cameras operated in the auditoriums and headquarters. They recorded the entire process—from printing materials to scanning and packaging the forms. According to the regional information processing center, 77 public observers participated in the exam, including representatives of the parent community. No violations were recorded during the administration of the exam. The minimum score for obtaining a certificate in the Russian language is 24 points. To receive a certificate with honors, one must score at least 70 points. Those planning to enter a university need to surpass the threshold of 36 points. The results of the exam will be known no later than June 22. More than 19 thousand schoolchildren in the Kirov region are taking exams.
