      In the enforcement department for the Sunsky and Nemsky districts, there was an enforcement proceeding for the collection of alimony from a local resident. The man systematically evaded payment despite the court's decision. The amount of the debt exceeded 120,000 rubles.

      The officer had a conversation with the debtor, explained the consequences, and issued a ruling to restrict his right to operate a vehicle—until the debt was fully paid off. This measure is provided for by the federal law "On Enforcement Proceedings."

      After the restrictions were imposed, the man paid off the entire debt in a short period.
