A quarter of Kirov companies will hold corporate events this summer.

      According to the results of the "SuperJob" survey, plans for corporate events have divided employers into three groups. 26% of organizations have decided to hold a summer event for employees, but immediately 52% of companies rejected this idea. Another 22% have not yet made a final decision.

      Among those who still plan to hold a corporate event, three options for leisure are most commonly chosen. The majority of companies want to organize a buffet. In second place are traditional picnics with shashliks. Team-building activities took third place: some firms want to hold events that will help employees work better together. Additionally, some organizations are considering sports competitions, hiking trips, or outings to recreation centers.

      It is noteworthy that among the companies comparing costs with last year, 29% said they allocated more funds for corporate events. For 33%, the budget remained at the same level. And 23% of firms, on the contrary, reduced expenses compared to the summer of 2025.
