В Кировской области предприятия получают финансирование на обустройство рабочих мест для специалистов с ограниченными возможностями, сообщил областной правительство. Для работодателей, нанимающих определенные категории граждан, предусмотрены меры государственной поддержки в рамках нацпроекта «Кадры». Среди этих мер имеется субсидия на приобретение оборудования для оснащения рабочих мест инвалидов. Такую возможность уже реализовало одно из предприятий в городе Слободской, где на вакансию слесаря-ремонтника приняли специалиста с инвалидностью. В результате компания приобрела дополнительную технику: пневматический гайковерт, пневматический молоток, гаражный пресс с ручным и пневматическим насосом, бензопилу и другие инструменты для удобства работы сотрудника. Затраты на эти приобретения будут возмещены работодателю. В 2026 году данную возможность использовали уже пять предприятий в Кировской области, представляющие сферы электромонтажных работ, пассажирских перевозок и сельского хозяйства.
