According to the investigation, the motive was not a prolonged confrontation, but suddenly arising hostile relations during communication. According to the police, it was these relations that led the young man to stab.
The suspect has been detained. A criminal case has been initiated against him under part 2 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing serious harm to health). The penalty for this article is up to 10 years of imprisonment.
