A document has been signed regarding the operation of the city beach in Kirov in 2026. Resolution No. 2709-p dated May 27 establishes responsibilities for city structures.
The location remains the same — the right bank of the Vyatka River near house No. 5 on Beregovaya Street. This is where the land plot designated for the recreation area is located.
Who is responsible for what
The Department of Urban Economy must ensure the operation of the beach considering climatic conditions. Safety on the water and the territory is the responsibility of the municipal budget institution "Kirov Civil Protection Administration." It will need to determine the boundaries of the beach, organize a rescue post, and conduct underwater inspections and cleaning of the riverbed.
The arrangement and further maintenance of the territory are the responsibility of the municipal state institution "Directorate of Urban Improvement of Kirov." The timeframe is clearly specified in the resolution: from June 20 to August 31, 2026.
Operating hours
The beach will be open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This is recorded as a separate item.
The control over the implementation of the resolution is assigned to the first deputy head of the Kirov city administration, Dmitry Pechenkin.
The document is signed by the head of the state institution, Vyacheslav Simakov.
