"The place where we learn to win": students and teachers were once again united by the Day of IEM VyatGU

      On May 27, the annual Day of the Institute of Economics and Management at VyatSU took place in a beautiful location in our city. The main participants of the celebration were first-year students of the Institute of Economics and Management, and an exciting, engaging program was prepared for them by senior students. As always, the institute's leaders, deans of faculties, and heads of departments joined the mentees. "For us, the Institute of Economics and Management is more than just an institute. The IEM is our friends, it is a place of strength. It is a place where we learn to win - not only in studies but also in life," noted the director of the Institute of Economics and Management at VyatSU, Nadezhda Savelieva, welcoming the participants. Nadezhda Konstantinovna also thanked the event organizers. Among them was second-year student of the Faculty of Economics and Finance, Diana Permyakova. She shared: "I study in the field of 'Economic Security.' This specialty seems to me the most attractive because it allows me to explore both economic and legal aspects. What attracts me to the IEM is not only the studies but also the creative and social activities. I am fully immersed in it. I like everything very much, so I try to participate everywhere. I consider the Day of the IEM very important for strengthening team spirit." It should be added that Diana is also the group leader. Last week, she won the university competition, becoming the leader of the year 2026 at VyatSU. After a dance warm-up, the teams - formed according to their fields of study - set off to overcome the competitive challenges. 12 venues provided an opportunity not only to demonstrate agility, resourcefulness, imagination, and team cohesion but also brought joy of communication, the chance to relax in the fresh air, and to gather strength for further conquering professional heights.
