At Kirov Park, they have finally started working on the facade of the Diorama.

      Residents of Kirov noticed that workers approached the facade — two years after the site was prepared for the city's 650th anniversary, and a year after the start of legal proceedings. The facade renovation, costing 15.7 million rubles, was completed back in July 2024. The work was carried out by the company LLC "October 32," which, according to the contract, took on a five-year warranty. However, the quality left much to be desired: by December 2024, multiple defects were found on the facade — peeling and destruction of plaster, cracking of the layer, partial peeling of the paint on the bas-relief. The contractor ignored warranty obligations for years. In January 2025, a claim was sent to them, followed by lawsuits. In May 2026, the Arbitration Court of the Kirov Region ordered LLC "October 32" to carry out warranty repairs within a month, imposing a penalty and a fine of 2,000 rubles for each day of delay in executing the court's decision. The client for the renovation was the Kirov Regional Local History Museum. This entire saga, as mentioned above, began during the preparations for Kirov's 650th anniversary. The diorama, like the entire Kirov Park, resembled a problematic long-term construction project, with deadlines regularly postponed, and the quality still raises doubts among citizens. The main question remains: if LLC "October 32" delivered the site with such a number of defects just one month after acceptance, what will happen to this building after the five-year warranty expires?
