Kirov residents held a "gas party" at the store.

      According to the Rosgvardiya, around four o'clock in the afternoon, an alarm signal was received from a retail outlet on Captain Dorofeev Street. A detention group from the private security service was dispatched to the scene.

      A store employee told law enforcement that three young men had settled in the vestibule and began inhaling the contents of gas canisters. They did not respond to the remarks of passersby and store workers.

      The Rosgvardiya officers stopped the violation of public order. After that, the young men were handed over to the police for further investigation.
