      At the plenary session of the Legislative Assembly, Deputy Vladimir Ponaryev asked why the funds for the construction of a school in Kotel'nich had been allocated, but the work there was not progressing. "The fence is up, but there is no equipment," he said.

      The Chairman of the Government, Mikhail Sandalov, replied that a contract with the contractor had been signed, and the work was not progressing because the construction project was currently being prepared for examination. Once it is approved, the work will begin. The official added that everything is going according to plan.

      It should be noted that a question was also raised at the meeting about the school on Torfyana in Kirov. Deputy Sogomon Arakelyan asked whether funds had been allocated for its completion. The government responded that they had already been earmarked, and a contract is planned to be signed in the near future.

      Students will have an extended summer vacation this year. The school in Zubarevsky Forest is "delayed" until the end of the year, and there will be a court case regarding the school on Torfyana. In 2025, Kirov spent 2.5 billion on new schools.
