      On Great Saturday, after the spring thaw, about 10 areas on Sadovaya Street, Dorozhnaya Street, and in Dorozhny Lane were flooded. People report that the water has been standing for more than a month.

      According to residents, it is now impossible to drive to some houses. For example, near house No. 4 on Dorozhnaya Street, cars have to be left by the road, and then one must walk in rubber boots.

      For Lyubov Gavrilova, a resident of Sadovaya Street, the water has flooded the basement of her house. The water depth there reaches about 30 centimeters. The greenhouse and vegetable garden are also flooded. The woman says that due to the dampness, strawberries, garlic, and perennial flowers have died. In addition, she is worried about the condition of the foundation and the house's apron.

      Local residents are convinced that the problem is related to a non-functioning pipe in Dorozhny Lane, which is supposed to drain the water. According to them, they contacted the city administration back in April. At that time, they were told that the contractor would resolve the issue by April 30, but the situation has not changed.

      Representatives of the People's Front visited the site and reported that the drainage ditch is flooded, and the water is not draining. According to preliminary estimates, the pipe needs to be cleaned. After the inspection, the public activists sent a request to the prosecutor's office.
