In Kirov, the cost of rented three-room apartments has decreased by 12.5%.
Analysts from the "World of Apartments" portal analyzed rental housing prices in different cities of the country, particularly their changes in April 2026.
"One-bedroom apartments" saw the highest price increase last month in Yakutsk (+4.5%), Kaluga (+4.4%), and Nizhny Tagil (+4%), while the most significant decreases were in Nizhny Novgorod (-5.7%), Kirov (-5%), and Saransk (-4.9%). In Kirov, their average cost was 20.2 thousand rubles per month.
"Two-bedroom apartments" increased the most in Volzhsky (+6.9%), Yakutsk (+5.2%), and Vologda (+4.9%), with Kirov in fifth place at +3.1% (28 thousand rubles per month). The largest decreases for "two-bedroom apartments" were in Tver (-7.7%), Simferopol (-6.9%), and Ulan-Ude (-6.8%).
As for "three-bedroom apartments," the highest price growth was observed in Cheboksary (+12%), Khabarovsk (+11.1%), and Chita (+8.2%). The largest price decreases were in Oryol (-14%), Kirov (-12.5%), and Ulan-Ude (-9.5%). In Kirov, the average cost of "three-bedroom apartments" decreased to 33.6 thousand rubles per month.
