In the First May District of Kirov, the owners of two garages on Vyatskaya are being sought.
The territorial administration for the First of May district is working to identify the rights holders of previously registered real estate objects. The list includes garages that are registered but lack information about the owners.
This concerns two objects in the GSK "Avtomobilist-47" on Vyatskaya Street in Kirov:
Garage No. 30 (cadastral number 43:40:000650:234, area 23.70 sq. m);
Garage No. 37 (cadastral number 43:40:000650:251, area 34.80 sq. m).
The status of both objects in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN) is "previously registered," and the type is "non-residential premises."
The administration requests that the owners provide the title documents. The deadline is until May 29, 2026.
