On the evening of May 6, the body of a 50-year-old man was found in the village of Vakhryushi in the Slobodsky district. This was reported by the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kirov region. In connection with the death of the individual, the Investigative Committee staff organized an inquiry.
Today, May 14, the agency published details of the incident. It turned out that the man died from an open cranial injury. Investigators believe that he sustained this injury due to the careless actions of the forklift driver, who, while operating the lifting and transport device, struck the rear side of the dump truck with the bucket, where the victim was at that moment.
A criminal case has been initiated against the 51-year-old forklift driver. The article is 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, part 1 (causing death by negligence).
