According to the "SuperJob" study, 35% of Kirov residents stated that they respect doctors, paramedics, nurses, and other medical workers the most. Teachers and educators came in second place, mentioned by 11% of respondents. Military personnel took the third spot in the ranking, receiving votes from 10% of respondents. Following them in the list of most respected professions were engineers, workers, and rescuers, each with 8% of the votes. Another 6% of survey participants noted scientists.
3% of Kirov residents named cosmonauts, directors, and lawyers. 2% of the votes went to janitors, pilots, programmers, managers, builders, miners, and financiers.
At the same time, 12% of study participants believe that any profession deserves respect. Among other options, Kirov residents mentioned accountants, cooks, drivers, loaders, agrarians, artists, musicians, sailors, customs officers, and translators.
The study also showed that women more often than men named doctors and teachers, while men more frequently voted for military personnel, engineers, and workers.
