The Kirov authorities are looking for a contractor to improve the area near the Palace of Creativity - the Memorial. More than 375.9 million rubles have been allocated for this. Currently, applications for participation in the competition are being accepted, which will last until May 22.
The work must be completed from the date of signing the contract until the end of October 2027. Early completion is possible. An advance payment of 10% of the contract price is provided. The warranty period for the completed work will be five years.
According to the documentation published on the government procurement website, the contractor will need to strengthen the burial mounds, repair the entrance group, asphalt the roads, create sidewalks (including wooden ones made of larch) and stairs, install lamps, and set up video surveillance and Wi-Fi systems. In addition, they will equip lawns and playgrounds, plant trees and flowers, and install a small architectural form "Stage." The park will also feature a coworking area and a dry fountain.
