As a result, the facade has begun to deteriorate, and the plaster is crumbling. In May of this year, during strong winds, part of the cladding collapsed onto a woman passing by. The victim required medical assistance. An investigation into the incident has been opened by the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Kirov region. Alexander Bastrykin instructed the acting head of the regional investigative department, Sultan Orazayev, to report on the established circumstances of the incident, the results of the investigation, and the measures that will be taken to bring the sports school into compliance. The execution of the instruction has been put under control at the central office of the Investigative Committee.
