      Let us remind you that earlier the administration of Kirovo-Chepetsk decided to end the heating season on May 14. This decision was met with criticism from local residents, who were unhappy that in Kirov or Slobodsk, there has been no heat since May 5, while they would have to pay for an extra week. Officials responded that the delay is necessary for the needs of the company "T Plus," which needs to conduct tests on the heating networks on May 13.

      Today, the administration announced that the tests will begin on the 13th at four in the morning. The temperature of the heat carrier coming from CHPP-3 will gradually rise to 121 degrees.

      It is worth noting that during the tests, hot water in the city will be turned off. Heating will be disabled in social facilities and other organizations, as well as in private homes. However, it will remain in apartment buildings. The hottest radiators will be from 6 AM to 5 PM on the 13th. Residents are asked not to touch them to avoid burns and to open windows for ventilation. City residents are also advised not to approach areas where steam is billowing and places where work is being conducted, not to drive over manholes (if they are outside the road), and not to leave cars on them.       When hot water will return to homes is still unknown. For legal entities, the resumption of its supply will be conducted upon request.
