The square meter in Kirov's new buildings has risen to 130 thousand rubles.
In the Kirov region, housing prices continue to rise. According to Kirovstat, in the first quarter of 2026, the cost of a square meter in the primary market was 130,883 rubles. In the secondary market, the average price reached 98,053 rubles.
Compared to the fourth quarter of last year, new buildings in the region have increased in price by an average of 2%, while secondary housing has risen by 0.5%.
Price growth in the primary market has been recorded in all regions of the Volga Federal District. The highest increase in the cost of new buildings was observed in the Nizhny Novgorod and Samara regions — by 4.5%, as well as in Chuvashia — by 4.4%.
In the secondary market, Chuvashia led in price growth, where square meters increased by 7.3%. In Tatarstan and the Samara region, the growth was 5.8%. Price declines were recorded only in Udmurtia — by 2.2%.
The most expensive housing in the Volga Federal District remains in Tatarstan. There, a square meter in new buildings costs over 204,000 rubles, while in the secondary market it is nearly 177,000 rubles. The lowest prices for new housing were registered in the Orenburg region — about 103,000 rubles per square meter.
