The celebration will begin on May 10 at 8:30 PM in S. M. Kirov Park. The event is called "From the First Battle to Eternal Spring" — it will be showcased with the help of a light and music fountain. Governor Alexander Sokolov and city head Elena Kovalyova will participate in the opening.
During the celebration, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, traffic on Oktyabrsky Avenue (from Vorovsky Street to Militsiya Street) will be closed.
