The administration of Kirov has increased the price per square meter of housing by almost 4 thousand rubles.
According to the document, the cost of one square meter of housing in the territory of the municipal formation "City of Kirov" is set at 96,465 rubles.
Recall that earlier, in April, the administration approved the average calculated cost of a "square" for the first half of 2026 — at that time, the figure was 92,947 rubles. Thus, the norm has increased by almost 4,000 rubles.
As stated in the resolution, the indicator is applied when implementing measures to provide housing for young families within the framework of the state program "Providing affordable and comfortable housing and communal services to citizens of the Russian Federation," as well as for calculating the amount of social payments.
The document was adopted in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia on the average market cost of one square meter of housing by regions of the country for the II quarter of 2026.
