Earlier, the bailiff service in the Nagorsky district initiated enforcement proceedings against a 29-year-old local resident. She owed more than 110,000 rubles under a loan agreement. For a long time, the woman evaded fulfilling her obligations—payments were not made, calls to the bailiff were ignored, and numerous warnings about the consequences went unnoticed. During the inspection of the debtor's property, it was revealed that she owned a car and real estate. The bailiffs imposed a ban on any registration actions with them and issued a ruling to seize the woman's income. After that, she settled her debt in the shortest possible time.
