The "Victory Train" has arrived in Kirov.
Today, May 4, the "Victory Train" arrived in Kirov. This is a special train decorated in honor of the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. It consists of two legendary locomotives of the "L" series, symbolizing the armored train of wartime, as well as six platforms with exhibition samples of military equipment and two cars with a field kitchen and a thematic composition containing household items from the war years.
The "Victory Train" departed from Nizhny Novgorod on April 24. It will travel along the entire Gorky Railway and cross 30 stations, where festive events and concerts are planned. Such events also took place in Kirov. The train was welcomed by the Deputy Head of the Gorky Railway for the Kirov Territorial Administration Alexey Rukavishnikov and the Minister of Culture of the Kirov Region Daniil Dvortsov. This was reported by representatives of the GZhD.
