Threats to the bartender and a drunken riot: Rosgvardiya officers expelled an aggressive customer from the bar on Vladimirskaya.

      The morning silence of Vladimir was broken by the alarm signal from a local bar – a report of an emergency was received at the private security service's control panel around half past nine in the morning. Within a few minutes, the Rosgvardiya crew was on the scene.

      Inside the establishment, the law enforcement officers found a man who clearly was not in control of his behavior. As explained by the bar's administrator, the 29-year-old patron was in a state of severe alcohol intoxication and was behaving provocatively: he was using foul language, raising his voice at the staff, and ignoring all requests to leave the bar.

      The climax came when the bartender attempted to reason with the troublemaker. In response, the drunken citizen began to openly threaten the employee with physical harm. Fearing for their safety, the staff pressed the emergency call button for the Rosgvardiya.

      The arriving Rosgvardiya officers quickly suppressed the unlawful actions. The hooligan was detained on the spot and escorted to the police station for further investigation. Currently, the police are establishing all the circumstances of the incident and deciding on bringing the offender to justice for hooliganism.
