He reminded that the traditions of the holiday go back to the first May Day celebrations associated with the labor movement. Churin noted that despite the changes in time, key elements remain in production — work in the workshops, continuity of generations, and the attitude towards labor as an important matter. Today, according to him, enterprises in the industry operate under difficult conditions, which is especially felt in production. In particular, the "Kirov Machine Plant May 1st" continues to increase the production of track machines: last year's growth was 86%. The "Selmash" plant, as the leader emphasized, also continues to operate on two sites, performing different tasks. He specifically noted the contribution of employees and veterans of the enterprise, emphasizing that it is the combination of experience and new personnel that allows the plant to develop.
