He is charged with part 1 of article 273 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (creation, use, and distribution of malicious programs). According to the investigation, the suspect repeatedly used software designed to neutralize computer information protection measures and gain access to resources without the owners' permission.
A total of more than 300 illegal actions aimed at unauthorized access to the information resources of various users have been recorded, including one of the state institutions.
The illegal activity was identified and stopped by the employees of the department for combating cybercrime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Kirov region, together with the FSB. Currently, the indictment has been approved by the prosecutor's office of the Urzhum district, and the criminal case has been sent to court.
