The administration of the city of Kirov has made changes to the decree on the placement of non-stationary public catering facilities. The relevant document was signed on April 29, 2026.
According to the decree, the list of sites where temporary cafes can be installed has been supplemented with a new location. This concerns a plot on Beregovaya Street — between houses No. 5 and No. 7.
On this territory, it is permitted to place a summer cafe with an area of 269 square meters. The description states that the facility will consist of a terrace with a pavilion — a metal tent with a canvas roof and wooden flooring, as well as tables and chairs.
The changes have been made within the framework of the existing rules for the improvement of the city and legislation on local self-government. The decree was signed by the head of the Kirov administration, Vyacheslav Simakov.
