A man stabbed his ex-girlfriend's new partner out of jealousy.
The reason was a conflict stemming from jealousy: the victim had started dating the suspect's ex-partner. The meeting between the men took place in the yard of a private house where the woman lives. The suspect, who came there, stabbed the opponent several times in the neck, chest, and abdomen in front of witnesses. The victim was hospitalized. Investigators opened a criminal case under part 2 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of serious harm to health using objects used as weapons). The suspect was taken into custody.
