A personnel council consisting of 17 members has been established in Kirov.
A personnel council has been established under the city administration in Kirov. The corresponding decree signed by city manager Vyacheslav Simakov has been published on the city administration's website.
As stated in the document, the council is created "in accordance with Articles 52, 61 of the Federal Law <...> 'On the General Principles of Organization of Local Self-Government in a Unified System of Public Authority.'"
The personnel council consists of 17 members. It is headed by Vyacheslav Simakov as chairman, Vyacheslav Frolov as deputy chairman of the council, and Anna Maximova as secretary of the personnel council.
Among the "ordinary" members of the council are the chairperson of the youth council of the "Leps" plant, Anastasia Vatanovskaya, the deputy general director for personnel management of the "Avitek" plant, Andrey Dunykovich, the deputy head of the personnel department of the "Vodokanal," Natalia Goryachikh, and the head of the department for youth affairs, physical culture, and sports of the city administration, Pavel Klestov.
