In the Kirov region, a mother of students showed the principal her middle finger and received a fine.
One of the most illustrative cases occurred in the Kirov region. A parent of students responded to the school principal's greeting with the phrase "goodbye," accompanied by a middle finger — all in the presence of school staff. The woman was fined 4,000 rubles.
However, the story did not end there: the principal filed a lawsuit for moral damages. In the statement, he indicated that due to the incident, he was distressed, felt morally depressed, his work efficiency decreased, and he could not fully perform his duties and lead the team, which forced him to take a vacation. The court ordered the woman to pay 10,000 rubles to the principal, as reported by RIA Novosti.
Similar incidents have been recorded in other regions:
In Bashkortostan, a woman was fined 3,000 rubles for displaying a gesture to an acquaintance in a shopping center.
In Tolyatti, a girl showed her middle finger in a parking lot during a dispute over a parking space. The fine was 3,000 rubles, and there was a video recording of the incident.
In Komi, an incident occurred in a yard after a conflict. The penalty was 3,200 rubles.
In the Irkutsk region, a man showed a gesture to a driver while overtaking. A dashcam helped establish the truth. The fine was 3,000 rubles.
It should be noted that this is not the only story involving ambiguous gestures that led to real fines and sentences. Earlier, on April 24, we reported on an 18-year-old resident of Kotel'nich who was convicted for a Nazi salute at the Eternal Flame. The court found him guilty under the article on the rehabilitation of Nazism.
