Today, the deputies of the Legislative Assembly reviewed a bill that allows for construction, reconstruction, and repair work on water supply, sewage, heating, and electrical networks, as well as for restoring landscaping at night. It was adopted in two readings.
Let us remind you that since December 2019, the so-called noise law has been in effect in the Kirov region. From 10 PM to 7 AM, it is prohibited to listen to music or watch television loudly, play musical instruments, sing or whistle loudly, conduct repairs or construction, as well as carry out loading and unloading operations near residential buildings. Administrative fines are imposed on violators.
