Let us remind you that since December 2019, the so-called noise law has been in effect in the Kirov region. From 10 PM to 7 AM, it is prohibited to listen to music or watch television loudly, play musical instruments, sing or whistle loudly, conduct repairs or construction, as well as carry out loading and unloading operations near residential buildings. Administrative fines are imposed on violators.
