Representatives of JSC "Vyatskie Avtomobilnye Dorogi" are looking for an organization to provide a loan. This is reported on the state procurement website. The initial price of the contract is 115.2 million rubles. Applications are accepted until April 28, 2026.
In total, the enterprise wants to borrow 307.2 million rubles. The goal is to finance the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the charter capital of LLC "Zuevskaya Mekhanizirovannaya Kolonna."
The loan must be provided within five working days from the date the agreement comes into force. The interest rate is floating. Its size consists of the key rate of the Central Bank and a special interest rate of the chosen bank. The loan term is 48 months. The collateral is a pledge in the form of 100% of the shares in the charter capital of the aforementioned Zuev enterprise.
