Inspectors recorded two violations: the farm's territory is not fenced in such a way that outsiders, stray, or wild animals cannot enter, and the walls and partitions in the pig housing are made of wood and cannot be properly treated with disinfectants. Such conditions for keeping pigs violate veterinary regulations. For failing to comply with the order, the owner was held administratively liable under part 8 of article 19.5 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation and fined. A new order was also issued — the violations must now be rectified.
