      Today, at the meeting of the Duma commission, information was presented by the administration of Kirov regarding the execution of the budget in the first quarter of 2026. Among other things, the deputies were informed about the implementation of national projects.

      It was revealed that the total amount of planned funds was 7.3 billion rubles, including for the national project "Infrastructure for Life" — 6.4 billion rubles, "Youth and Children" — 924 million rubles, "Family" — 11.9 million rubles. As of April 1, the execution was: overall — 17.7% (1.3 billion rubles), for the first project — 19.5% (1.2 billion rubles), for the second — 7.5% (69 million rubles), for the third — only 0.8% (0.1 million rubles).

      For the national project "Infrastructure for Life," funds were allocated for a tunnel in Novovyatsk, a kindergarten on Torfyana, the maintenance of the traffic management center, landscaping on Rimma Yurovskaya Street, as well as architectural lighting. For the national project "Youth and Children" — for payments to class teachers and directors' advisors, major repairs of educational organizations, etc. For the national project "Family" — for equipping and modernizing cultural institutions.
